Are you ready to join a leading business and take a Lead Product role as they develop products, platforms, systems and processes that enable best in class supply chain operations?

About the Role:

In this role, you will be instrumental as a link between business operation operations and technology capability. The opportunity to drive product strategy and manage a team focused on WMS / supply chain planning systems for B2B and B2C fulfilment for stores and ecommerce. You'll work on improving inventory management, forecasting, and automation processes, supporting both UK and international operations at a highly critical time of technology transformation whilst supported by an excellent leadership team and a dynamic culture.

Please note – the clients ideal requirement is for hybrid working, onsite in the East Midlands / Staffordshire 2 days per week, locations are easily commutable by car and rail.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading product strategy and feature development.
  • Galvanising consensus
  • Ensuring user satisfaction and driving product adoption.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Managing a high-performing team of product managers.

What You’ll Need:

  • Product Management Leadership skills bridging business operations and IT Engineering
  • Ideally experience in Supply Chain, particularly in Inventory Management and Forecasting.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to enable data-driven decision-making and complex stakeholder management skills
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment ideally retail, WMS, FMCG type businesses will be beneficial whether end client, 3PL or consultancy.
