Sales & Logistics Administrator£12.82 per hour PAYE TemporaryMon - Fri Days Only (Site Based)Tamworthgap technical are proud to be representing this global manufacturing business in their search for a Sales & Logistics Administrator to work at their facility based near TamworthPerformance Objectives

  • Preparation of all documentation to enable despatch of orders on time. Paperwork will include bills of lading, release notes, test certificates and invoices.
  • Booking freight forwarders for UK & Export deliveries and raising all necessary paperwork including delivery and collection manifests
  • Scanning including: test certificates, invoices and all documentation
  • Review raw material requirements, raise purchase orders when necessary and liaise with our USA manufacturing facilities for order status
  • Raise Purchase Orders for consumables as and when required
  • Preparation of weekly/monthly sales & logistics KPI's, including revenue forecast
  • Monitor order book, schedule and release production works orders to maintain continuous production and buffer levels.
  • Daily inventory review to release picking tickets to maintain customer delivery requirements and OTIF
  • Assisting with other logistics administration as defined and when required
  • Stock control of stationery consumables
  • Data Entry.
  • Filing, including control of the archive system.

Person Specification

  • Experience of working in a manufacturing environment, using integrated ERP systems
  • Excellent communication and people skills
  • Good Planning and organizing skills
  • Knowledge of ERP systems, Excel, database management
