We are recruiting experienced skilled warehouse operative for our client in Tamworth. These are on-going opportunities working with one of the world's largest brands.£12.57 per hour plus £150 perfomance bonus per month.

Hours of work:

  • Full-time, shifts: 06:00am - 2:15pm & 2:15pm - 10:45pm — weekly rotation
  • Overtime available - depending on company needs. Paid at time and a half (Monday-Friday) and double on weekends and bank holidays for anything over 40 hours per week.

Essential:

  • Previous experience within a warehouse environment.
  • Previous manual handling training or experience.
  • Able to meet the physical demands of the role.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
  • Good English (verbal and written).
  • A flexible attitude to work and hours.
  • Good all-round communication skills

Main Duties

  • Processing, picking, and packing orders in a timely manner, working to targets.
  • Assisting with the loading and unloading of vehicles.
  • Moving and storing products in correct locations.
  • Ensuring all goods are within exp. date and free from damage, reporting any discrepancies.
  • Cleaning and maintaining warehouse and equipment to set standards.
  • Moving pallets using PPT
  • Consistently working to good standards of health and safety and meeting company warehouse standards and procedures.
