We are looking for a skilled TIG Welder to join our team, responsible for welding and fabricating metal components using TIG.
The ideal candidate should have proven experience in TIG welding and fabrication, with proficiency in stick welding techniques being advantageous.
Key duties include operating and maintaining welding equipment, reading blueprints, and conducting quality inspections on welds.
Familiarity with both stainless steel and aluminum, as well as mechanical knowledge for working with various materials, is required.
The position offers a competitive salary, and candidates should have a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.

- Read and interpret blueprints to understand project requirements

- Weld and fabricate metal components to specified dimensions

- Utilise hand tools and power tools for cutting, grinding, and finishing workpieces

- Assemble parts according to engineering drawings

- Conduct quality inspections to ensure welds meet standards

- Working with both stainless and aluminium

*Experience*

- Proven experience in TIG welding and fabrication

- Proficiency in stick welding techniques is advantageous

- Mechanical knowledge for working with various materials

- Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations for measurements and layouts

- Familiarity with sheet metal work is desirable
