Mon – Thursday 7am – 4pm

Friday 7am – 12pm

Winner Recruitments are currently working with a great company who are looking to recruit for a TIG Welder to work on aluminium and steel small components such as brackets. The right candidate would be experienced and be coded, or ex coded.

Role:

Ability to read & interpret engineering drawings and blueprints.
Understanding of welding safety practices and procedures.
Prepare materials for welding, including cutting metal components to appropriate size/shape.
Perform welding activities using the TIG welding process.
Maintain welding equipment and troubleshoot any malfunctions.
Using a grinder to smooth/clean material ready for quality inspection.
Inspect work, fill and repair as necessary.
Assembly components parts using appropriate hand/small power tools.

Candidate:

3 years of experience in a similar role
Coded or ex coded welder
