Welder / Fabricator

We are currently seeking a skilled MIG and TIG Welder to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for welding and fabricating metal components using MIG and TIG techniques.

*Duties*

- Perform MIG and TIG welding on various metal components

- Read and interpret blueprints to understand project requirements

- Fabricate and assemble metal structures

- Utilise power tools and hand tools for welding tasks

- Work with sheet metal to create precise welds

- Welding of predominantly Aluminium as well as Stainless and Mild Steel

- Apply mechanical knowledge to ensure the quality of welded components

*Requirements*

- Proficiency in MIG and TIG welding techniques

- Experience in stick welding is advantageous

- Ability to perform basic maths calculations for measurements

- Competence in using power tools and hand tools for welding purposes

- Strong ability to weld, fabricate, and assemble metal structures

- Mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and ensure quality welds
