Lead Administrator- Eco 4 required in Liverpool

Develop and maintain good working relationships with other team members, installers and new and existing customers.

Answer all calls within a timely manner

Input all qualified leads onto the CRM systems

Keep all spreadsheets up to date

Liaise with customers, colleagues and additional stakeholders.

Manage all diaries for Retrofit Assessors and Heating engineers.

Build, qualify and apply all applications for funding via various councils.

Build and maintain customer folders from beginning to the point of submission for funding.

Compliance checks prior to submissions.

Updating customers in applications.
