As a Responsible Individual, you will:
- Oversee the registration and compliance of two existing homes and two new homes.
- Manage and support a team of care professionals.

- Liaise with external agencies and stakeholders.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of the homes.
- Provide leadership and guidance to staff.
