Due to an increase in workload with our current client, they are looking for a number of multi skilled tradesman, preferably with experience on social housing and experience with laying Vinyl flooring in bathrooms/ wet rooms.
- Location: Liverpool - a 5 mile radius of jobs in the centre of Liverpool.
- Start date: ASAP
- Duration: Long term - Temp to perm, 12 weeks with us then move over to permanent with the client.
- Pay rate: 34,000 a year.

The role
- Working on social housing and residential homes.
- Experience with laying Vinyl flooring in bathrooms/wet rooms.
- Working in a team and independently.
- Working in occupied residential homes.
Requirements.
- Experience in working on social housing.
- Good References and CV
- Experience in laying Vinyl Flooring in bathrooms and wet rooms.
- Full UK driving license no serious driving convictions or more than 6 points on your license
