Proactive Personnel are recruiting for a temporary customer service administrator to work for a veterinary diagnostic laboratory based in Clotton, Tarporley. This role is a 1-month contract and requires someone who has previous experience within customer service.
Job Duties: Customer Service Administrator
- Act as primary point of contact
- Handling customer queries via email and telephone
- Administrative duties to gain knowledge of our Company and products.
- Update internal quality systems & practices along with Health & Safety
