Milk Education are currently recruiting Unqualified Teachers for the Tarporley area to start working in our partnership school as soon as possible.

This Unqualified Teacher role is predominantly managing the classroom in the absence of the main classroom teacher. All work will be preset for you and you will have the support of a proactive head of department to ensure you are comfortable in your new environment. The vast majority of our classes within school have Teaching Assistants and Learning Support Mentors in them to ensure students receive a first-class learning experience.

Overview of this Unqualified Teacher roleWe are seeking passionate and dedicated Unqualified Teachers to provide high-quality learning experiences to students. The ideal candidates will have a strong commitment to fostering academic growth and personal development in a supportive environment.

Duties of this Unqualified Teacher role:

- Create a positive and inclusive learning environment for all students- Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance teaching practices- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, assessments, and progress- Communicate effectively with students, parents, and staff members

Skills required for this Unqualified Teacher role:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Strong classroom management abilities- Ability to differentiate instruction to meet the needs of diverse learnersNice-to-have:- Experience with virtual learning platforms- Specialisation in a particular subject area or key stage 3/4.

You will also need the following in order for us to clear you for work for this Unqualified Teacher role:

DBS on the update service or a willingness to apply for one
