A teacher is required for two weeks from 6th November to cover paterity leave with PE, computing (6/7 Hours) and PHSE (small amount) at a school in Staffordshire.

Your Role:

  • Teach engaging lessons aligned with current National Curriculum, adapting to different classroom settings
  • Ensure lessons align with curriculum goals & support student growth
  • Build strong relationships with students & school staff to foster a positive learning environment

Essentially, as a Physical Education teacher you must also be comfortable delivering lessons to all pupil abilities and be flexible in your approach to teaching. The salary paid will relate to the salary scale set by the Academy applicable to the successful applicant.

Applicants for this position of Physical Education teacher will initially be screened over the telephone to assess suitability and then be invited for an interview with the agency prior to the interview with the school.

Your Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Applicants need the right to work in the UK
  • Previous experience in high school education as a PE Teacher
  • Up-to-date DBS check
  • Provide two referees
