GSL Education Lincolnshire is seeking a Teaching Assistant to work in a secondary school in Tattershall, supporting students with Special Educational Needs (SEN). This role is ideal for individuals who are patient, caring, and passionate about inclusive education.

Responsibilities:

  • Support students with SEN in both one-on-one and group settings.
  • Assist teachers in delivering tailored lessons and activities.
  • Help students develop confidence, social skills, and independence.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.
  • Communicate effectively with teachers, parents, and support staff.

Requirements:

  • Experience working with children with SEN is highly desirable.
  • A proactive and nurturing approach to student development.
  • Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.
  • Have an enhanced DBS registered to the update service or be willing to apply for one through GSL Education Lincolnshire.
