mbf are working with a well established and highly regarded Chartered Accountancy practice with a thriving financial planning division to recruit an additional Financial Adviser. With multiple offices across the South West of England, the firm has built a strong reputation for excellence in financial services, providing high-quality advice to both individuals and businesses. The financial planning team is an integral part of the firm, working closely with accountants and other professionals to deliver a truly holistic approach to wealth management.
Due to increasing business and continued growth, they are now seeking to recruit an additional Financial Adviser to join their team in Taunton. Upon joining you will be provided with a small book of clients, with the primary focus on leveraging an extensive team of Chartered Accountants who will provide you with a consistent flow of high-quality leads.
The opportunity:
- Service an existing book of clients along the M5 corridor from Exeter to Bristol
- Network with internal partners (Chartered Accountants) who will provide you with warm/high quality leads
- Work alongside experienced Paraplanners and Sales Support Administrators, allowing you to focus on client relationships and business development.
Key Requirements:
- Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning (or equivalent) - Chartered or working towards it is a plus.
- Experience in a fee-based environment, working with professional connections.
- A passion for networking and business development.
- Strong relationship-building skills with both clients and introducers.
