This role is crucial in ensuring the financial stability and operational efficiency of this Taunton based business. You will be responsible for preparing financial reports, conducting detailed analysis, and providing strategic financial insights to support our decision-making processes.Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and manage financial statements and reports.
- Conduct variance analysis and budget forecasting.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
- Assist in the preparation of annual budgets.
- Provide financial advice and support to various departments.
- Collaborate with internal and external auditors.
Requirements:
- Ideally, a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent).
- Consideration will be given to non-qualified candidates with significant relevant experience.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite.
