Key Responsibilities
- Bank account reconciliations (GBP, USD, EUR)
- Post sales and purchase invoices
- Staff Expenses
- Manage VAT return
- Approve supplier invoices
- Matching purchase invoices to purchase orders
- Preparation of weekly payment runs
- Reconciliation of supplier statements
Skills & Qualifications
- Hold or woking towards AAT Level 3 qualification
- Willing to working towards AAT qualification
- Excel skills
- Excellent communication skills
- A proactive and positive approach
