Acorn by Synergie is actively seeking an Administrative Coordinator to join a premier property specialist for their Taunton branch. The role:You will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing maintenance requests from tenants, ensuring timely responses and resolutions. You will maintain accurate maintenance records and liaise with contractors to facilitate repairs and upkeep of properties. Key responsibilities:* Coordinate maintenance requests from tenants and landlords. * Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and expenses. * Schedule and oversee repairs and maintenance work with contractors. * Sourcing competitive quotes for works. * Communicating effectively with Landlords, Tenants, internal Stakeholders and insurance companies. Experience required:* Previous experience in property management or residential property lettings is desirable but not essential. * Excellent communication skills * Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks. * Must exhibit self-assurance in decision making and interactions. * A confident and outgoing personality.
