TITLE: Temporary to Permanent Administrator

LOCATION: Taunton

SALARY: Up to £26,000 PA (DOE)

HOURS: Monday - Friday, 8:30am till 5:00pm

We are recruiting for a well-organised and articulate administrator to join an independent local company who pride themselves on delivering excellent customer service to customers across the Southwest of England. You will be responsible for providing a variety of administration duties across the department and liaising professionally with individuals internally and externally. This role is being offered on a temporary to permanent basis, starting immediately.

Key duties and responsibilities:

  • Answering calls and assisting with queries
  • Raising jobs on the system
  • Adding customers details onto the system
  • Liaising with engineers and internal staff members
  • Booking appointments and sending confirmations
  • Liaising with customers and account managing

Essential skills and qualities:

  • Confident and polite telephone manner
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail with a good level of numeracy skills
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Upbeat and positive attitude
  • IT literate
