One of the largest chartered surveyors and auctioneers in the West country have started the year of with an increased workload in many sectors. They have developments in many sectors and are very keen to add another Architect to continue their impressive growth.
The work is generally at RIBA Stages 1/4 where you will work on multiple projects with 'tight turnaround times'. You will conduct feasibility studies and oversee building control matters.
We are interested in hearing from qualified Architects or Technologists with a sound understanding of the planning systems. You should be conversant with either AutoCAD or REVIT and have 'an eye for detail'.
