The team is young, dynamic and forward-thinking with a proven track record, the business has grown from a small team of 5 to a highly credible team of 25, still remaining very close-knit.
Our client is a Chartered Accountants that are looking for someone for the role of a Bookkeeper. They successfully manage complex accounts for a variety of customers, providing their reputable clients with a proactive approach to professional business and tax advice. Their success has resulted from having the right expertise in place to offer customers the right, most effective and solutions within the accountancy and business sector.
Responsibilities of an Accounts Assistant
- Bookkeeping/VAT processing for clients on a quarterly basis
- Payroll preparation for clients on a monthly basis
- Training clients on software to assist their bookkeeping (mainly QuickBooks & Xero)
- Be an internal ‘go-to person’ for any software queries/issues.
This is a pivotal and newly created role in the business, working across a number of different teams. It is expected the successful candidate for this role will be ambitious and progressive and look to further develop the role.
