Are you an experienced researcher with expertise in Television Audience Measurement (TAM) data? Do you thrive in a project management role? If so, our client is seeking a proactive and motivated Senior Researcher to join their dynamic team.

Job Description:

As a Senior Researcher, you will be the key liaison for ad-hoc analysis of respondent level data files, assisting the support team in addressing client data queries and managing high-level client projects. This client-facing role requires excellent interpersonal skills, a professional telephone manner, and the ability to work with large data sets. While prior experience with our client's software solutions is advantageous, full training will be provided.

Key Duties:

  • Serve as the primary researcher and contact point for data queries across multiple TAM markets and client data sets
  • Identify and address data and reporting issues, coordinating reissues with external data providers
  • Collaborate with the development team to implement changes in data file formats, ensuring thorough testing before deployment
  • Support the support team by analysing respondent level data files and validating software outputs for client data queries
  • Manage end-to-end client projects, including initial meetings, data analysis, scope agreement, cost proposals, internal development briefs, implementation, testing, and client updates

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Previous experience working with Television Audience Measurement (TAM) data
  • Proven track record in project management
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with meticulous attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Excel and other Microsoft applications
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • High level of computer literacy
  • Solid mathematical and/or statistical knowledge
  • Comfortable working with large data sets
