Our client is a consistently expanding Asbestos Consultancy based in the South West region who are now seeking to take on a Asbestos Site Analyst. Covering Domestic, Local Authority, Commercial and Industrial sites you will be carrying out the full range of site analytical duties in line with HSG 248 guidelines, and client requirements. For the successful candidate, our client can offer further training and career development, including training into other environmental sectors.
Consideration will be given to candidates from: Bridgewater, Minehead, Tiverton, Exeter, Ilminster, Weston-Super-Mare, Glastonbury, Exmouth, Shepton Mallet, Frome, Warminster, Trowbridge, Bristol, Portishead, Bath, Corsham, Chippenham, Yate, Chepstow, Newport, Cardiff, Barry, Cwmbran, Pontypridd, Pontypool.
Experience & Qualifications:
" Holding the BOHS P403 and P404 is essential to the role.
" Will have experience working hands on for a UKAS accredited Asbestos Consultancy as an Asbestos Site Analyst is beneficial to the role.
" Well versed in HSG 248 guidelines.
" Will be IT literate, able to use TEAMS / TRACKER systems.
" Able to communicate professionally with clients and colleagues of all levels.
The Role:
" Working on a mixed portfolio of sites, carrying out leak, background, re-occupation, and personal air testing.
" Conducting 4 stage clearances.
" Working in line with HSG 248 guidelines.
" Ensuring to carry out visual re-inspections upon completion of work.
" Producing certificates of re-occupation.
" Using TEAMS / TRACKER systems to produce detailed reports.
