- Able to work towards and achieve ambitious targets with a proven track record as a Sales or Lettings Manager/Valuer.
- Identifying new leads and generating new business to improve performance.
- Well-presented and be a result driven individual with a genuine passion for the property industry.
- Work closely with your team, downloading new properties that you have brought to the market and agreeing a suitable strategy to match up potential purchasers.
- Keep abreast of current market conditions and have a good knowledge of your local market, developing a reputation for being an expert in your field.
- General assistance to the Branch Manager in the day to day running of the estate agency business, maximising income and profit from a range of products and services.
- Helping motivate and inspire your team, running morning meetings in the absence of the Branch Manager.
- Excellent communication skills and have the ability to work in a busy environment.
