Whether you're from a Technical Coordinator background, a Document Manager role, or a recent Civil Engineering graduate, this is your opportunity to shape developments from start to finish. As an Adoptions & Utility Coordinator, you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless adoption of roads, utilities, and infrastructure across our housing developments. You’ll be the vital link between technical teams, local authorities, and contractors, helping bring projects to completion efficiently. Key Responsibilities: 
  • Work closely with the Technical Director, groundworks teams, and commercial teams to ensure site infrastructure is progressing smoothly.
  • with highways departments, councils, and utility providers to secure necessary approvals and ensure compliance.
  • Coordinate with street light installers, checking compliance and ensuring correct insurance coverage.
  • Regularly visit developments with the Technical Director and groundworks teams to assess progress and resolve technical challenges.
  • Maintain accurate records, track adoption progress, and manage the documentation required for roads and utilities.
  • Act as the key point of contact between internal teams, contractors, and external authorities to ensure smooth operations.
  • Assist in refining engineering and technical processes to improve efficiency and project success.
 What we need from you: 
  • A Technical Coordinator looking for a more engineering-focused role.
  • Document Management background wanting to step into a more technical, project-based role.
  • Civil Engineering Graduate eager to gain hands-on experience in the housing sector
