We are currently seeking a Streetworks Supervisor with a minimum of 2 years of experience to join our team in Taunton TA1. The ideal candidate must be fluent in English and possess a NRSWA Supervisor Certificate.
As a Streetworks Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing construction projects related to street works. This includes ensuring that all works are carried out in accordance with NRSWA regulations and Health & Safety guidelines. You will be required to coordinate with various teams and subcontractors to ensure the successful delivery of projects.
The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of streetworks processes and regulations, as well as excellent communication and organizational skills. Experience in a similar supervisory role within the construction industry is essential.
Key responsibilities:
- Supervising and coordinating streetworks projects
- Ensuring compliance with NRSWA regulations and Health & Safety guidelines
- Liaising with subcontractors and other relevant parties
- Overseeing the quality of work and addressing any issues that may arise
- Reporting on project progress and any potential delays or obstacles
- Managing and maintaining necessary documentation and records
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role
- NRSWA Supervisor Certificate
- Fluent in English
- Strong knowledge of streetworks processes and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional organizational and problem-solving abilities
