Your new roleYou will be at the forefront of delivering critical improvement projects to the council's residential properties. This will involve joining a team who are responsible for undertaking around £20m per annum of spending on a wide range of improvement projects. These projects include retrofitting, compliance, and decent homes to 5,600 landlord properties. Opportunities are available to lead on the delivery of the following projects:

  • Replacement windows.
  • Replacement doors.
  • Works associated with carbon reduction and net-zero.
  • Environmental improvement projects.
  • Internal and external decoration.

What you'll need to succeedIn order to succeed in this role, you'll need to have extensive experience working within the construction sector, with relevant construction knowledge including existing building types, forms of construction, and building pathology. You'll need to possess detailed knowledge of a range of contracts, and also have excellent construction related health & safety experience. What you'll get in return
