Project Manager – SomersetAn opportunity has arisen for a Project Manager to join a reputable and growing commercial interiors company on a permanent basis. This company have established long term existing relationships and offer a concept to completion service! As the PM, you will work closely with the estimating, design, sales team and client to understand the specifications required and will be responsible for delivering the product on time, within budget and to the agreed quality and specification. Responsibilities:
  • Creating and maintaining project programmes
  • Manage programming, day to day running, life cycle of the scheme
  • Material take off and procurement
  • Budget management
  • Contractor management
  • Responsible for all CDM responsibilities on site
  • Dealing with mid project variations, including costing and quotation
  • Coordinate work of subcontractors for various phases
  • Liaise and chair meetings with site staff and clients
  • Carrying out Risk Assessment and Method Statements
  • Implement & ensure all works carried out are accordance with all HS&E and the site Health Safety and Environmental Plans
Requirements:
  • Previous experience within fit out/refurbishment
  • IT skills, experience using Microsoft
  • SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid at Work
  • Proven CDM Management
  • Full UK Driving License
