Key Duties:
- Be the first point of contact for customers, both in-branch and over the phone, making a positive and lasting impression.
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions that make a real difference.
- Listen carefully to each customer's unique circumstances and offer personalised solutions.
- Proactively reach out to customers, identifying their needs and discussing how we can support them.
- Maintain accurate customer records and ensure compliance with our policies and standards.
Skills and Experience:
- Previous experience interacting with customers, whether in person or over the phone.
- A passion for delivering exceptional service and going above and beyond.
- The ability to work well with others and handle a variety of customer interactions.
- Flexibility to grow, adapt, and change while accommodating business needs and priorities.
- Strong time management and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
