Location: Taunton

Salary: Starting from £25,000.00 per annum

A pay increase in April.

Hours of work: Monday to Friday 9.00am to 5.30pm

Acorn by Synergie is actively seeking a Commercial Administrator to join a premier property specialist for their Taunton branch. The role:You will be responsible for managing a range of administrative tasks and providing support to the commercial partner. You will be working in a busy environment so must be able to work under pressure. Key responsibilities:* Handle client inquiries and provide excellent customer service* Answering a large volume of calls * Producing sale particulars* Diary management and appointment handling * Providing secretarial support to the Commercial Managing Partner* Assist with preparation of documents for property transactions* Preparing valuation reports (audio typing), letters (audio typing) and invoicesExperience required:* Previous experience in administration is essential * Excellent communication skills * Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks* Must exhibit self-assurance in decision making and interactions * A confident and outgoing personality * Audio typing skills * Ability to work under own initiative * Organised and methodical Benefits:* Company pension * Holiday entitlement * Full training and development provided * Flexibility with working arrangements If you meet the criteria and are excited about this opportunity, please apply today!
