The Companynow needs,due to growth and opportunity,to appoint a electronics professional as Head of Business Development. Working closely with the Commercial Director, this broad commercial role is both strategic and technical. Strategically, there will be significant involvement in product development. There will be a need to work with clients on their individual requirements helping to identify technical solutions as well as working on the estimating /pricing strategy.Thisrole will also work closely with both internal and external customers to identify engineering solutions. Plus, there will also be a need to work with the Directors to identify new opportunities and clients. The company culture is one of positive collaboration and this role will interact closely with other functions.
Candidates willbeexperienced electronic engineers with a passion forbusiness development with the ability to work closely with clients. You will need experience of writing tendering documentation plus have the technical understanding to create innovate solutions tailor made to client needs and therefore, excellent communication skills are a given.
