  • To carry out a range of mixing activities including operating equipment as per Safe systems of work
  • To ensure appropriate equipment and materials are ordered and available for your area
  • Knowledge of all required documentation and ensure all relevant paperwork is up to date along with KPI's.
  • Work with NPD on trials and methods
  • Maintain a safe working environment for self and others. To liaise with production supervisors with respect to raising close calls and identifying safety issues
  • To check all the traceability sheets to ensure methodology is correct and work with Technical and the production supervisors to make necessary changes.
  • Check chillers, service area on use by dates and inform Production Supervisor of any issues.
  • Promptly request help if needed (for example a breakdown) using the telephone or tannoy facility
  • To carry out a range of hygiene tasks, ensuring your area of responsibility is clean and tidy.
  • Ensure correct cleaning materials / equipment / PPE is used for the task being carried out.
