Mortgage Advisor Build Advisor (Covering the Somerset Region)

Are you looking to join a New Build Mortgage Brokerage who are being approached by top developers such as Bloor Homes, Red Row & Barrett Homes to support their new build Mortgages?

Consegna Talent is proud to be working with one of the biggest New Build Mortgage Brokerages in the UK and they are looking for experienced Mortgage Advisors to join their team.

The role will be Home Based and you will be completing appointments booked by the Developers with the onsite Mortgage Qualifiers. These appointments can be completed over the phone. The top advisors predominately do their Mortgage Appointments over the phone as you will have full admin support, meaning you will be able to maximise your time by doing more Mortgage Appointments.

Our client has exclusive relationships with some of the UK’s largest New Build developers such as Bloor Homes, Red Row, Barrett, Bovis Homes, and more. They have won several new contracts around Exeter & Oxford so require Mortgage Advisors to manage the new locations.

This means each advisor has a steady supply of leads and fresh sites throughout their regions.

Purpose of the role

  • To help arrange the mortgage for customers who put deposits down on New Build/Plots get the best possible Mortgage based on their circumstances
  • Work with the Developers to complete the Mortgage Applications ASAP
  • Ensure the appointments are attended in promptly after being booked by the mortgage qualifiers
  • Opportunity to complete Protection or receive a referral for passing this over to the dedicated Protection team.

Key Requirements

  • Ideally a Whole-of-Market Mortgage Advisor (large panel advisors will be considered)
  • 1-2 years experience working as a Mortgage Advisor
  • Clean Driver's License & have a car
  • Clean credit file
  • Experience in advising on New Build Mortgages is preferable
  • Good communicator
  • Face/Face Appointments & Telephone Based
