I am currently working with a successful care home business in Taunton who are looking to recruit a Finance Manager.
In this role you will work closely with the business to contribute to financial and operating performance, through financial reporting and budgetary control.
This role offers flexible remote working 3 days from home 2 in office on site in Taunton.
Responsibilities will include:
- Manage the Finance team.
- Prepare monthly accounts with commentary to support decision-making and growth.
- Oversee payroll, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations.
- Develop budgets, forecasts, and cash flow plans aligned with strategic goals.
- Coordinate year-end accounts and ensure audit compliance.
- Improve reporting, processes, and templates with the Finance team.
The successful candidate is likely to be a qualified accountant (CIMA, ACCA, ACA or equivalent) and a clear communicator with strong commercial awareness.
