Up to £40,000 + great benefits package
We are currently seeking a Finance Team Lead to join a small, friendly finance team for an established business in Taunton. You will play a pivotal role in supervising a small team whilst also looking after more hands-on Finance duties. Your responsibilities in this Finance Team Lead role will include:
- Process improvement & performance reviews for a small team
- Intercompany reconciliations
- Monthly reporting to Senior Management Team including cashflow forecasting
- Support with year-end audit
To be considered for this Finance Team Lead role you will have:
- Previous people management skills (essential)
- Strong knowledge of transactional Finance and reporting (essential)
- Strong Excel skills at intermediate level (essential)
In exchange for this Finance Team Lead role you will receive:
- Salary up to £40,000
