Key areas of responsibility and duties:
- Preparing Letters
- Calling Providers
- Maintaining client data on the CRM and informing Providers where appropriate
- Managing day to day client enquiries
- Providing cover of reception duties to include answering the phones, scanning and dealing with inbound and outbound post
- Comply with the relevant Compliance, Treating Customers Fairly, SMCR, Anti-Money laundering procedures and relevant FCA rules at all times
Full time hours - 35 hours p.w. 9.00 - 5.00 (100% site based)
GBP23500-GBP25000 neg. + benefits
About you:
This is the perfect opportunity for an enthusiastic, motivated candidate who ideally has previous financial administration experience or you may be a graduate who is looking to gain experience of working within a financial services sector.
