A highly successful firm of chartered accountants based in Taunton is searching for a Senior Manager or Director - Medical Sector Specialist with opportunity to progress in your career taking both a lead on client relationships, managing a portfolio and service delivery as well as developing and supporting the wider team. The client base will focus dealing with Medical sector clients, GPs, consultants and other healthcare related clients.

Based in Taunton this leading regional firm of chartered accountants is undergoing continued growth and planning for the ongoing future success and growth of its business. The firm is looking for an all around, general accountancy practice professional who can lead the development and growth of a specialist service line within this office. The firm's clients in this area are wide ranging in sector, turnover and industry range, from entrepreneurial start ups, sole traders, partnerships, along with more significant proportion of OMBs and SMEs, into the £millions of turnover across varied industry sectors, along with a growing medical sector acting for wide ranging GPs, consultants and other associated medical and healthcare clients. This role will focus on developing and leading the growth of their medical sector service arm, with a clear route to progress on offer.

Description

Based from the firms Taunton offices, the successful addition will join as a Senior Manager or Director - Medical Sector Specialist mouldable in level and fit around the background and experience of the right professional and you will manage and oversee a sizeable portfolio across accounting, taxation and significant planning and business advice delivery, along with managing staff, workloads, budgets and look to grow the develop this firms medical sector service lines. You will develop and build strong relationship with clients, in a client facing capacity, advising on accounting and added value advisory services/Advisory work is complex and rewarding, involving projects across business and tax planning, remuneration and exit and pension plans, mergers and acquisitions, property related expansions and other wider ranging advisory projects.

Profile

For this Senior Manager or Director - Medical Sector Specialist role you will hold any of ACA /ACCA/ CTA etc qualified, with a strong background in accountancy practice having developed your career to Managerial / Director levels. You will have skills across the range of accounts, tax, advisory and planning skills as a general, all around practitioner. You will be looking for a challenging career move where you can carve a pivotal role, driving the future growth and development of this successful office. Job Offer
