- Compliance & Accuracy: Ensure client records are maintained in line with FCA standards and data protection regulations.
- Operational Support: Work with the Head of Client Relations to streamline office procedures and improve efficiency.
- Team Collaboration: Assist Financial Consultants with client-related administration and coordination.
- General Office Duties: Manage correspondence, schedule meetings, and assist with administrative tasks.
