Job Title: Senior Costs Draftsperson
Location: Remote
Salary: £45,000
An established Litigation firm based in the South West is looking for a senior Costs Draftsperson to join their busy and expanding team. This firm has a long-standing reputation for exceptional legal services and outstanding commitment to client care aiming to make the process as easy as possible for them and put their clients first.
The Opportunity:
- Work within a specialist litigation firm solely specialising in Claimant litigation work.
- To deal with a wide range of matters to include drafting bills of costs, consider points of dispute and draft points of reply, brief counsel, draft statement of costs and draft costs budgets.
- To work within a supportive working environment with importance placed on a healthy work/life balance with flexibility for a fully remote position.
You will have:
- Proven experience of drafting bills of costs and costs budgets to include high value/multi track matters. .
- Experience of using Costs Master.
- Experience of using a case management system.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills.
- Ability to work well as part of a team.
