A well-established law firm based in Somerset is seeking an experienced PI Fee Earner to join their team in a fully remote role. This is a great opportunity for a motivated legal professional to handle a diverse caseload while benefiting from flexible, remote working arrangements.
Key Responsibilities- Managing a caseload of 100-150 files, including Fast Track EL/PL and RTA claims.
- Handling claims through the MOJ Portal and progressing cases through litigation where required.
- Conducting case assessments, preparing legal documents, and following CPR procedures.
- Negotiating settlements and ensuring cases progress efficiently.
- Liaising with clients, third parties, and colleagues to provide excellent client service.
- 2-4 years of claimant Personal Injury case handling experience.
- Strong working knowledge of the MOJ Portal, CPR, and litigation procedures.
- Ability to manage a busy caseload independently while working remotely.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in case management systems.
