- Provide an efficient support service for all employees, ensuring a fair and consistent application of HR policies and procedures.
- Provides first line advice, guidance and coaching for all matters relating to the full employee lifecycle.
- Responsibility for the completion of people related changes.
- Track and provide data as requested, using HR platform.
- Maintenance of HR System holding employee information in timely and accurate manner.
- Partner with Learning and Development and managers to support in the identification and provision of training and development needs
- Consistently review and develop of people related processes, as appropriate, supporting the continual improvement of the function.
- Ensuring all Health & Safety is adhered to. Completing all necessary Risk Assessments
- Proven experience working in a HR team
- HR legislative understanding and knowledge
- Experience in advising on HR associated matters
