Our client, a global software company specialising in products for the media industry, is seeking a Client Services Executive to join their dynamic team.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide outstanding application support for company's suite of software products
  • Diagnose software errors and collaborate with developers on bug fixes
  • Identify and resolve data and reporting issues, coordinating reissues with external data providers
  • Offer training, support, and troubleshooting to clients via phone and email
  • Assist clients in accessing and utilising company data analysis and planning software

Requirements:

  • Highly computer literate with good knowledge of Excel and other Microsoft applications
  • Strong mathematical and statistical skills
  • Comfortable working with large data sets and conducting detailed analysis
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional telephone manner
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
