A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a dedicated and driven Personal Lines Insurance Adviser to join a well-established Insurance Brokerage in Taunton. This role offers excellent training, a supportive team environment, and the chance to advance your career within a dynamic and growing business.

Role Overview

The successful candidate will play a key role in exceeding sales targets and promoting business development within the brokerage. You will be responsible for driving profitable growth through maintaining and expanding relationships with theexisting customer base, as well as attracting new clients. This is an ideal position for someone who enjoys delivering outstanding customer service and is motivated by the challenge.

Key Responsibilities

Generate and handle quotes for new business, build relationships with potential clients, and ensure competitive pricing.

Renewals and Adjustments: Manage policy renewals and mid-term adjustments with accuracy and efficiency, ensuring customers' needs are met.

Customer Service Excellence: Provide a high standard of customer service, responding to inquiries and resolving issues promptly to maintain client satisfaction.

Support the smooth day-to-day running of the branch, assisting with administrative tasks and contributing to a positive team culture

What's needed to be considered:

Customer Service and Sales Experience: Proven background in customer service or sales, ideally within insurance, financial services, or a related field but not essential.

Goal-Oriented and Motivated

Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage confidently with customers over the phone and in person.

Willing to learn and grow within the role, with a proactive approach to handling responsibilities.

Previous telephone experience in a customer service or sales capacity is advantageous but not essential.
