I’m currently recruiting for an exciting Financial Services Administrator role on behalf of a highly respected Wealth Management firm. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a professional yet friendly team, providing top-tier financial solutions to clients while working in a supportive and rewarding environment.
About the Role:
This is a key administrative position where you’ll be supporting consultants and ensuring clients receive a smooth, high-quality service. Your day-to-day tasks will include:
- Handling client enquiries professionally, delivering excellent service
- Processing applications and transactions efficiently
- Liaising with financial providers to maintain seamless operations
- Ensuring all work complies with FCA regulations and data protection guidelines
- Updating and maintaining client records
- Assisting with office organisation, including booking meeting rooms and managing post
- Supporting the wider team to ensure the best possible client experience

- Experienced in financial services? You’ll have the option of one work-from-home day per week once settled in the role.
