I’m currently recruiting for an exciting Financial Services Administrator role on behalf of a highly respected Wealth Management firm. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a professional yet friendly team, providing top-tier financial solutions to clients while working in a supportive and rewarding environment.

About the Role:

This is a key administrative position where you’ll be supporting consultants and ensuring clients receive a smooth, high-quality service. Your day-to-day tasks will include:

  • Handling client enquiries professionally, delivering excellent service
  • Processing applications and transactions efficiently
  • Liaising with financial providers to maintain seamless operations
  • Ensuring all work complies with FCA regulations and data protection guidelines
  • Updating and maintaining client records
  • Assisting with office organisation, including booking meeting rooms and managing post
  • Supporting the wider team to ensure the best possible client experience
