What will you do?
Run your own caseload to include:
- Company, shareholder, partnership, and commercial contract disputes (And possibly data protection & intellectual property disputes)
- Potential to advise on insolvency + other matters as they arise
- You will be involved in business development and encouraged to engage with your own/new clients as well as established clients of the firm
What do you need?
- To be a solicitor or legal executive with at least 4 years’ PQE
- General Commercial Litigation experience
- Any niche/specialisms will be welcomed!
