What will you do?
- Advise on M&A, equity and debt funding and general corporate structuring work
- Work with local & national colleagues
- Clients will include Public and Private UK and International companies
- Be included in business development activities, building client relationships and growing the already well-regarded dept
What will you need?
- To be a qualified solicitor or legal executive
- To have at least 2 years' corporate law experience
