What you'll do:
As a Employment Solicitor based out of the Taunton office, you will:
- Respondent work and high value work on claimants
- Manage your own caseload across the range of specialisms.
- Support Partners and Associates on more complex and large-scale claims.
- Get involved in a range of business development activities.
What you bring:
The ideal candidate for this Employment Solicitor role will bring:
- 2+ years qualified experience within Employment
- Proactive and flexible in working both individually and as part of a team.
- Ability to prioritise multiple projects effectively.
- Blend of contentious and non-contentious experience.
- Enthusiasm about delivering excellent quality service to clients.
- Ability to use initiative and forward-plan.
- Very good academic achievement.
