Their goal is to help provide direct access to the best legal advice in a fast and cost-effective way. As part of their rapid growth they are seeking ambitious individuals with an interest in law and the legal sector, and enjoy solving problems and dealing with customers.The Role and ResponsibilitiesYou will be fielding leads over telephone, email or live chat from members of the public seeking legal advice or representation. Your job will be to gain an understanding of their needs and to quickly match them with the appropriate legal professional, and where possible convert the lead to a successful introduction. You will:Log each lead in the CRM Triaging leads to gauge viability based on their core services and either:- accepting the lead, recording details (e.g., area of law and instruction-type) in the bespoke case management system, confirming availability of suitable professional and progressing to quote and, hopefully, conversion- disqualifying the lead in CRM and signposting to other more appropriate servicesBeing available to the client throughout the quoting and conversion process to field any queries and provide additional information where necessary to achieve conversionCollaborating with both internal (e.g., marketing, technology) and external stakeholders (e.g., solicitors, chambers and marketing partners) to define and achieve growth objectives and raise brand awareness through networkingSkills and knowledge required:

A graduate with a 2.1 or above. What you’ll be doing:

  • Fielding leads over telephone, email or live chat from members of the public seeking legal advice or representation
  • Logging each lead in Hubspot (CRM)
  • Triaging leads to gauge viability based on Barrister Connect’s core services and either:

o accepting the lead, recording details (e.g., area of law and instruction-type) in BC’ s bespoke case management system, confirming availability of suitable barristers and progressing to quote and, hopefully, conversion

o disqualifying the lead in CRM and signposting to other more appropriate services

  • Being available to the client throughout the quoting and conversion process to field any queries and provide additional information where necessary to achieve conversion
  • Collaborating with both internal (e.g., marketing, technology, The Barrister Group) and external stakeholders (e.g., solicitors, chambers and marketing partners) to define and achieve growth objectives and raise brand awareness through networking
