The Role:As an NQ Conveyancing Solicitor or Licensed Conveyancer, you will manage a diverse caseload covering all aspects of residential conveyancing. Working in a supportive and dynamic team, this role offers a fantastic opportunity to deepen your expertise within a respected firm known for its exceptional client service and commitment to quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handling a varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters, including sales, purchases, re-mortgages, and transfers of equity.
• Managing files independently, with support and guidance from experienced team members.
• Liaising closely with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and third parties to ensure smooth and timely transactions.
• Maintaining a high standard of accuracy, compliance, and client service.

About You:

• Newly Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, or a candidate on the route to qualification in conveyancing.
• A keen interest in residential property law with a commitment to delivering a top-quality client experience.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
• A proactive approach, with strong organisational and problem-solving abilities.
