What will you do?

Progress property transactions from inception to completion
Create and collate documentation
Prepare reports for clients
Billing
Train and supervise junior members of your unit
Maintain an excellent relationship with existing clients
Providing excellent after sales assistance to developer clients

What will you need?

Being qualified is not an essential requirement for this role
You should have at least 2 years conveyancing experience, ideally to include plot sales/new homes experience
You could be a qualified solicitor or legal executive, or perhaps a part qualified legal executive, or entirely unqualified with plenty of experience
