Legal Secretary

Hawk 3 Talent Solutions is hiring on behalf of their client for a Private Client Legal Secretary to join either the Taunton OR Honiton offices! One role is for Taunton, Somerset and the other is Honiton, Devon so you can choose which is best! 

You should have excellent communication, administration (including typing) and client-facing skills alongside enviable experience of dealing with a multitude of tasks at the same time.

Hours of work are between Monday to Friday 9:00am - 5:30pm. Salary competitive Circa £24,000 - £25,000 PA. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Secretarial work within Private Client teams.
• As well as supporting the rest of the team with necessary administrative duties.
• Client awareness is essential whilst consistently delivering a first-class service.

Experience, attributes & skills sought:

• The ideal candidate will have experience in a secretarial role, administrative skills, have excellent typing skills. 
• You should have excellent communication, administration (including typing) and client-facing skills alongside enviable experience of dealing with a multitude of tasks at the same time.
